Speaking of Higuain, the Argentina forward has made a formal request to leave Milan amid the interest from Chelsea.He is currently on loan at Milan from their Serie A rivals Juventus, but wants to cancel his season-loan deal to reunite with his former Napoli manager Maurizio Sarri at Stamford Bridge.The Daily Mail claim Chelsea will pay 16million to sign Higuain on loan for the remainder of the season with an obligation to buy him outright for 32million in the summer.

Chelsea ‘agree deal’ with Fabregas replacement

The Blues are reported to have made an opening offer for Leandro Paredes, the Argentina midfielder, on Monday, and it is now claimed a contract has already been agreed with the 24-year-old.5
