Leeds United winger Jack Clarke is being tracked by Premier League giants Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur, according to reports.Clarke, 18, has enjoyed a breakout season at Elland Road, making 13 appearances for Marcelo Bielsa’s promotion chasers and chipping in with two goals and two assists.The youngster’s time is being managed by Bielsa, and he only made his first league start for the Championship leaders last week, assisting Kemar Roofe’s opening goal in the 2-0 defeat of Derby.1
